I have a deal currently under contract that could pay an investor a minimum of 17% and a potential 21% return on a 12 unit building, over 5 to 8 years. I am willing to manage the property and take care of all the details. I’m looking for someone to cover the down payment on a joint venture deal, but have had bad luck with the classifieds.
How should I propose the deal to generate the most calls? Where should I put my advertising dollars?
