Hello,
I just joined this group tonight. I am a novice investor in the Phoenix, AZ area. I have taken both Calton Sheets and Ron LeGrands courses. I am now actively looking for suitable properties to purchase, but I will need cash partners or hard money lenders for the first few deals. Does anyone know of any in this area?
Also, I started an investor networking email club on MSN. My goal is to bring investors from all over the nation together to help one another build wealth through networking.
