I was wondering if someone could relate to me when being a first time buyer yet thinking to much like an Investors way of approaching things on your first property,I should just worry about getting my first place in perhaps a more conventional type of way instead of looking for foreclosures and preforeclosures,abandoned properties,Its overwhelming,that could come next am I right about this? I find myself going to the tax assesors office and the registry of deeds office,Im getting good practice to be good at this on my first Investment property but whats going on here??Im also mastering contingency clauses,this is crazy.
