I’m the Jan in Robjan. We are newbies also who live in Lake County Illinois but we own an investment property in Kenosha Wi. A 3 flat, wanna buy it? Anyway, you can look under Resources on the left in the beginning of this site and it has REI Club meetings posted in there. I think one meets at the Holiday Inn in Gurnee, IL. Never been to one yet but hope to try it sometime. Don’t know how much help I would be to you being new, but we have has some tried and true experiences. My insight on the CS course is that you can learn everything you need to know from this site and fellow investors.

I did have a couple apt. buildings 20 years ago in
Chicago. I just started getting back into the business
It would be nice to talk to someone else also
interested in the same.
I have been thinking of going to the RE Club that is
in Gurnee, IL.
I have CS Course and Ron Legrands course which I
have learned more from in just a couple of days.
