I looked at the home we live in and the home we just bought. Both are on Homepricecheck. Thanks Michael, I will be using this site for comp info from now on.

I just realized today that iown.com does not show sales in Texas and several other states anymore. I’ve tried a few other sites but they don’t show Texas info…Please advise of any other…FREE…sites…thanx in advance.

Raymond.
If that last address doesn’t work try this. I may have typed it incorrectly. It is as follows:

http://www.gotitle.com/inputOwn.asp?rmt=TOPS&daccnt=%26coctg1786&dpasswd=|XMCKSBZ&dparent=T02551&graphic=%2Faccounts%2FT02551%2FcompanyBanner.jpg&glink=

Site for doing your own comps. - Posted by Jim LaVerdi

Raymond:
Here is a site I use quite regularly to do comps on properties. It covers some states in complete detail and some states not so much in detail. Hopefully it will help you to some degree. It is a rather lengthly address but it’s worth it. It is

www.gotitle.com/inputOwn.asp?rmt=TOPS&daccnt=%26coctg1786&dpasswd=|XMCKSB2&dparent=T02551&graphic=%2FTO2551%2Fcompanybanner.jpg&glink=

Sorry for the long address but its the only way I can tell you how to get there. I simply tried gotitle.com and it won’t allow you to access this page, at least mine wont.

This web address is case sensitive so be sure to type it in properly and make sure you get your Os and 0s correct

Hope this helps you (Jim LaVerdi, Phoenix Arizona)

Homepricecheck only covers 27 of the 50 states. Although Texas is shown as having a link, clicking it goes to a blank page.
