I first learned of the IRA LLC from Diane Kennedy. She mentioned that the IRA could buy property with aa debt level of 70%, but I thought that the debt triggers UBT which is really ugly. Does some out there understand this or know of a way of having debt in an IRA without the UBT penelty?
