Try “Aggressive Tax Avoidance for Real Estate Investors” by John T. Reed.

I think it’s pretty useful.

IRS red flags to watch out for? - Posted by HR

Hi Folks,

As I create my re accounting system and begin tracking expenses, what are the “red flags” I should be aware of regarding re or entrepreneurial activity? How aggressive can one be, for example, deducting meals and entertainment? etc. etc.

Any books or resources I should get ahold of?

All advice and information is greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Read “Don’t Let the IRS Destroy Your Small Business: 76 Mistakes to Avoid” by Michael Savage. It’s excellent.
