I heard the Dixon Downs racetrack is going to be approved at the end of this year. The racetrack and the shopping and entertainment complex combined is going to be bigger than the entire town of Dixon itself. I heard the town is going to explode when the project is approved. Is this true?
Should I invest in Dixon?
