Hi all,

I seen on the web where many companies mentioning that they can somehow legally eliminate your mortgage by having it discharge with non-confrontational and non-judicial.

I was wondering it that is legal or is it just a scam.

Ask the person who told you about if they are still paying a mortgage.

If they had it eliminated ask to see there credit report so that you can verify.

My guess is they will not be able to show you this info.
