I don’t know anything about the market in Houston, but think the comment about it being “hot” was tongue-in-cheek, and was referring more to the weather than business conditions.

I’ve noticed one posting over here where the author claims that Houston is a hot market now. Is it really true? Why? Is there any articles/info on the web that can support it?

My comment and, yes, its Hot in Houston with bugs and humidity to boot. The “Real Estate” market is ok, but I wouldn?t describe it as “Hot”.
