Ok, I’ve got to brag a little. I just took my middle son (8 years old, the one who’s a hard money lender-in-training) out to my rental. We had to change the locks. I handed him the “universal key” and he popped the door open without me explaining the technique at all. He swapped out the locks in no time, too. It brings tears to my eyes, I’m so proud!!

Environment can only suppress or enhance what one brings from the gene pool–either way, the kid definitely has a future, Lin. You can be a proud mom come Sunday.
