I know it is not legal to connect a Buyer with a Loan for a fee if you are not a Broker or Agent.
But, is it legal to connect a Buyer with a Broker for a Fee(Fee To Be Paid By The Buyer If Broker Can Help)?

You may be able to get licensed as a loan officer and work as a loan soliciter. That way a loan rep can do all the work and you may be able to get paid for your efforts. In this way you can be paid by the broker for the lead.
