Hi,

I was wondering if its possible for a person who resides in Canada to do RE investing in the U.S.

I am thinking of mainly ‘paper investing’. (notes/mortgages)
That way, I don’t have to ‘physically manage’ properties.

Should I do a Nevada corporation, and go from there??
