Is it the same advantages in another country? - Posted by Michel Ritchie

Michel,

I invest in Italy and Colombia and the creative techniques as we know them in the States are unknown in these countries. Friends and collegues of mine are astounded at the options we have in the US, particularly in the area of private financing.

I am not familiar with real estate techniques available in the Dominican Republic but I can assure you that the principle of purchasing at a discount is a universal axiom understood and valid worldwide.

So, regardless of the techniques that may or may not be available where one lives, one cannot go wrong, ever, by purchasing assets at a discount.
And these discounts are available anywhere in the world if you know what to look for.

Happy holidays,

Alexander.

I live in the Dominican Republic.
The interest rates for a mortgage are so high, more or less 30% annual and the properties are 20% more expensive than in USA(for a similar kind of property)

So these wonderful systems for making money would work down here?

I started to invest in Poland. My only advice is to run the numbers conservatively. I already made a mistake by making assumptions based on US projections.

Agree with buying at a discount works everywhere.

Good luck.
