Is Lease Option the Best … - Posted by Ben_WA

Well I am trying to get started in the RE market and from what I have seen I think that L/O are probably the easiest way for a guy with a lil money to get started in RE. See I live in Seattle where the median house price is probably close to 250k and rent for approx. $1500 or so. Any other ideas on ways for me to start would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks and Good Luck, Ben_WA

READ!! READ!! READ!! READ!!
There are so many books on how to get started with little or no-money down. Not all are good, but they give you experience and industry knowledge. A couple I recommend are “How to make millions in Real Estate in 3 yrs starting with no cash” & " How to borrow your way to a great fortune" by Ty Hicks “creating wealth” by Robert allen is another good one.
Cheers and good luck!!
