We just received a call from a guy who has to move to Boston and has had his condo on the market for 4 months reducing the price from 82,900 to 76,500. 2 bdr, 2 full bath. 61,000 mort. bal, $500.00 mt. payment. Haven’t talked in lenght with the guy yet. We wanted to know if this is feasible to proceed with this one as a lease option?
