Its just wires or wireless for the install, so find out what panel and components they are using. If its the same one, go with price.

I know that Slomins has free installation and a similiar monthly fee. Although they want you to sign up for a 5 year agreement as opposed to a 3 year agreement with ADT. I also know of a guy who sells Guardian Home Alarm systems. Is there really a difference when they all provide central monitoring?

I just signed up for one for my house…I met with 3…and honestly, I went with price.
I have slomins, but I had extra stuff installed so I did have to pay some installation fees, but in the end I’m happy. And yes the 5 yr. agreement sucks, but I’ll live.
