Is there a such thing as prepaying seasoning? It seems like this is just another obstical for investors…How do you get around it? Meaning…COuld I pay like a year in advance and put the money into escrow with a years worth of checks. Creating instant seasoning. And if so, is this something that note buyers will go for?
