That would be one path given that much time and effort, but you could probably achieve the same goal by reading these posts and how to’s then apply that effort.

There is no “the path”. There are many paths. “The path” is the one that you actually follow on a regular bassis.

If I were starting over with no money and no credit, I would read Jackie Lange’s 2 quick flip articles, Joe Kaiser’s prehab article, and consider investing in one of the courses on this subject. Or get Joe Kaiser or Bill Bronchick’s course on lease options. You need to develop CASH in the bank before cash flow. Being a landlord I can tell you that it is the SLOW way to building wealth, however it is a great way to do it.
