I had the same question after I bought the Lease Option “step by stp” from WM Br. He replied to me that all contracts that were supplied by his program are used for all the lease/option deals , doesn’t matter if you are the seller, owner or sandwhich lease. I took this to mean that any lease option deal I am involved with I use the same contrats. If you need a copy of a “Option to Purchase RealEstate” e-mail and I will send you a copy.

Can I use the “agreement to sell realstate” form in place of the “option” form.
I keep reading that I can go to legal wiz and get an option form but that for says “pro buyer” and I’m the seller. What about a pro seller? My local office store didn’t have it either.
