My husband has always been supportive of my real estate deals (fixer-uppers), but really wasn’t interested in real estate. Well, after seeing the second completed deal and the profit margin he’s beginning to come around. Yesterday he informed me that he wanted to start “bird hopping”.
What can I say…it’s a start! I think I’ll go out with him today just to make sure he’s on the right track.
I hope I didn’t misunderstand him and he said bird watching (yuck)!!

I thought “bird hopping” was cute so I didn’t correct him. I’ll correct him as soon as he finds his first deal. When he starts “frog gigging”, I’ll let you know.

Hey! As a bird lover and owner of five companion birds, I must call a halt to this slanderous talk! I’m convinced that our ----atoo helped us decide to move into our next “investment” property before the neighbors grow tired of her calls!
