It’s time for a re-model, and I was wondering what would be the best way to borrow against the equity I have? Currently, my property is a tri-plex, and we want to make it into a duplex. Could I get some sort of construction loan on that? Overall, we should be able to do it for less than 10K…easily. Thanks for any ideas!!!
