I know I’m not the first to say how much we all appreciate
Jackie, but I wanted to remind everyone what an asset she is
to this group.
This morning I called Jackie to get a recommendation for a
good title company. The one I used for my last 2 deals has
gotten very undependable. Jackie immediately gave me the name and number of one she uses, and also volunteered the
name of an insurance man who does non-traditional deals for
re-dos, etc. I contacted to title company contact, and he was great…he’s working on my deal as we speak!
So, I’m using the title company, the insurance man, and by
the way, the lender that Jackie had recommended to me previously for my deal. These are contacts that Jackie worked many hours developing for herself, and she shares them freely with us. That is the mark of a fine human
being!
Jackie, I don’t want to embarrass you, but thank you for being such a great lady!!
