You only need the right of possession to give possession. You can give an option buy so long as you have the option to buy.
Read my article on this site called “$500 Nets $20,000 in Six Months” for a good example.

Great deal! I would like to know how the sublease works.
If you have an L/O agreement with the seller, how do you then go about transfering that interest to your tenant/buyers? Since you don’t hold title to the properties how can you grant a L/O? This question is not ment as a challenge, I just want to know how to do it.
