Has anyone out there read Jim Stephenson’s book on buying and selling raw land? Jim’s from Richmond, Tx.,and his book was written in 1977. I’ve read his book, and I like his ideas. I would like to find some partners to work his methods with. Anyone have any ideas on how I could locate some partners in the Dallas area?
