As to Brian’s question, I’ve seen some of Joe Kaiser’s other books. I thought they were practical and very good. I don’t know why this one would be different. Since it comes with a 30-day guarantee, I’d try it.

Can I please obtain some opinions regarding Joe Kaiser’s course for finding motivated sellers and tired land lords. Is there more info besides the typical bandit sign, flyer, business card, direct mail stuff? I know all of these things are very important and effective, but was wondering if there is anything else that can be learned. I’m not looking for free specifics, just general opinions.

I have 2 other courses Joe offers. In my own opinion, I would recommend buying any of his courses. I just wish he would make available the “public records” course.
