I am brand new to this business and one of my biggest fears when thinking about going into a new industry and making a complete career change is getting trained properly, as well as, getting off to a fast start.
I just finished an article by Robert Lawry “13 Deadly Reasons Why Begining Investors Fail” and to be quite frank I can’t afford to waste any more time.
One of the biggest keys to becoming wealthy according to most books is being at the right place at the right time.
I honestly believe with the right training I can help change the world and make it a better place to live.

In this business, you put yourself in the right place at the rigiht time by knowing how to find and structure deals. Robert Allen says, your “Chance of a Lifetime” will come around about every 7 days. Don’t hold out for perfect timing, just jump in and do a deal. It’s always perfect timing when you know what you’re doing!
