Derek’s comments are some of the exceptions. Unfortunately he doesn’t go into any detail to tell you why he has his rather vitriolic opinion (the mark of someone who wouldn’t be happy with ANY material that didn’t put cash in his hand without any effort from him).
I’m presently a “mobile home guy” but my next direction is to put to use some of Joe’s techniques. I do have his lease / option and foreclosure courses and am planning on buying the “pushing the envelopes” course / software next.
