Having read Joe’s lease/option course cover-to-cover more times than I can remember, I have to say it’s pretty darn good. I can’t compare it to any other course, because it’s the only one I’ve read on the subject. If you’re looking for basics, maybe a primer is in order. If you want to get down to the gritty details and bold techniques that will get the job done, Joe’s course is probably exactly what you’re looking for.
