I bought Joe’s course and found it very helpful. Plenty of ideas that Joe has tried and how they did or did not work.

It is necessary to have signficant sums of money ready to purchase good deals? Was the program very useful from a practical standpoint, like very much hands-on advice as opposed to theory?

Great name by the way.
See my response to your post to me below. Joe Kaiser’s course is real life hands on type of material. However it’s probably not for a beginner, but certainly something you are going to want to have on your bookshelf in the future.
