I was intrigued by your idea of a “prehab” . . . but I was wondering (as were others) - how do you pay for it?
I could see a lease/option maybe.
Doesn’t seem like this would quite be a flip - maybe a delayed flip. In other words, it seems you’ll actually have to take possession for a while before you resell it.
Or did I miss someting?
