$22,000 is more than I put down on my first apartment house and at that time I never heard of creative finance.

Maybe the first lesson is to pay $22,000 for lessons and nothing down on real estate HA HA HA

Buy some property with the 22k you will learn more in 2 months than 2 years in business school.

Has anyone been to John Alexander’s ‘Inverse Purchase’ training class that teaches how to make all cash offers to sellers and then sell with owner financing? It sounds like an interesting program, but the cost is over $22K…a little to rich for my account right now. If you have been, I have a question…how can you make an all cash offer, create a note to sell and walk away with cash at the same closing? In other words, how can you sell a note on something that you don’t own yet? Would this be a simultaneous close?

One of my tenants spent $5000.00 on a course by a well
known Guru and told me how great it was.
I told him I would have saved him all the trouble -
JUST BUY LOW AND SELL HIGH and it doesn`t take a
mental genius to figure out everything in between.
