Simple? It depends, you still have due diligence when researching and buying properties or tax certificates. If you are buying only tax certificates, then it is simple (depending on the state), but the big opportunity is buying real estate properties (tax deeds), but it requires a lot of due diligence. It is complex, but the potential is great.
