Okay, I have the course, I understand what he’s talking about and I’ve talked to 4-5 different counties, but I haven’t found the “boon dock” counties yet, I’ve been looking in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia. Anybody buy some cheap land in these states? If so which counties?
I don’t want to go too much further out cause I’m in Southern Maryland and I want my movers/handyman to be able to get to the place without driving for a day.
