I don’t know what she says, but you certainly can write your own note. The title or escrow company can tie it to the real estate with some form of hypothecation. It will work fine, if you can convince the seller you will pay as required.
I always give them my credit report and a short “real estate resume” to get the seller to trust me.
Should work fine…JP understands this stuff very well.
Does what JP Vaughn say about writing your own mortages to buy real estate really work? I would like to try it, but keep the property rather than flip it. Thanks
