Probably not. Disability income is usually exempt from creditor attachment. I wouldn’t waste my time on trying to collect from old deadbeat tenants - it only adds to your anger being reminded about the fact that someone ripped you off.

I have evicted a tenant in Georgia for non-payment and have received a judgement against him through the county magistrate court. He is about to receive a Social Security Disability check (lump sum and then monthly payments for income). Can this be attached to satisfy my judgment? He owns no real estate, bank accounts, etc.
