Carleton Sheets is a good starter program that can give you many good ideas and a lot of good info. This course can save you money purchasing real estate. GOOD LUCK!!!

Hello everybody!
We are very interested in getting into the Real Estate bussines and I have heard a lot about different programs… So far, I like “Carleton Shhetes” and “A Simple Man’s Guide to Real Estate” (by Bill Vaughn).
I have heard good and bad things about the first one, and about the second one I have not found a telephone number or any other type of buck up…
Could anybody advise me about what program is the best!
