You need to have a real good assignment clause. Also in the begining of the contract where it says buyer, have it say John Doe and/or assignees, buyer(s)or something to that lingo.

Good Luck!!!

In wholesaling i hear allot about what you should put in a contract for buying. what i was wondering was does the buyer always provide the contract and if not are there any things that should be add or taken out for wholesaling a property?
Any advice would help.
Thanks and i hope you’re having a Great Day!

You should provide the terms of the contract whether you are buying or selling. You are a creative real estate investor. You MUST control the whole show.
