I realized when reading this that i still have a LOT to learn…and that i need to save some cash just for stuff like legal expenses and the like…there may be TRUE NO MONEY down deals…but a little cash gets one started that much faster:)

Cashflow Quadrant gets in to a little more of the How. Do a search in the Archive, you will get plenty of comments. John Reed’s comments are… are… I can’t quite find the words.

Any word on his 3rd book, “Rich Dad’s Guide to Investing”? I pre-ordered it from Amazon.com back in December and finally got an email from them in April cancelling my order because the book is not yet available.
