So what are the details and numbers ont his house you want to buy. You ened to post the info in order to get an answer. Just because they said no to your first offer doens’t mean you sholdn’t go back and offer again!

I am very new to the Real Esate investing business and looking for guidance. I just put an offer on my personal house and was rejected. But found out that the house is going to be foreclosed on and would like to know how to position myself to get the best deal. I plan on using this as a stepping stone to aquire some rental units. I have studied Carleton Sheets course and read all the Rich Dad books, but have not acted on anything yet. Any advise on taking action.
