Congratulations on an excellant deal. Very similar to one I did last month also in OH. I would be interested in more details if you can share. How did you acquire the property? How much is the rent credit per month? Where are you in OH?

I bought handyman special in Nov.,2001, for 14000 on my equity line, I turned around yesterday and l/o to a tennant/buyer with 2000.00 dn payments of 525.00/ month for 2 years . The house needs about 5000.00 in repairs and should value after repairs at about 50000. I sold to t/b for 35000.00. I’m now looking for another!
