I would like to see some suggestions on what books and/or courses for someone just starting out in the note business. It appears here in NY that this may be an untapped market, being a buyer’s market and having several REO’s and not seeing much advertisment in the local newspapers of note buyer’s.

It may be that in your area there is not enough business to justify advertising in the paper. The note buyer may be networking with the title companies, attorneys, realtors etc. to find the notes.
