There is no one place to start. Best thing to do first, is to review ALL the info. on this site. It will recommend all kinds of books for different types of real estate investing. Read the prior posts here, and all the articles, etc. then you might get a feel for what you want to start with. It’s an on going process, and the different types of investments all have their various in and outs. Good Luck!

I think that Ron LeGrandes book (I think its called “Quick turn Real Estate”) is super for the $$.
However its not offerd on this sight.
All the coarses that I have are great, and well worth the money.( Bronchick L/O, Ron LeGrande All three, Joe Kaiser Abandoned property.) In my opinion though I don’t think that Kaisers coarses are meant for the beginner, but for pros who want to step it up a notch.
