I agree. I’ve bought a lot of courses from this site and they are all excellent and worth the money. However, Joe Kaiser’s Foreclosure course is the best real estate course I have ever run into.
And yes it is a more advanced course. It assumes you know what deeds of trust and mortgages are and how they work.

Joe Kaiser and Todd Beitler both offer foreclosure material on this site. Can anyone compare these two. In the ad, it appears that Beitler may pitch more to the novice and Kaiser to the experienced. Is that true??? I am closer to a novice.

Although I hate to increase the competition, I have to give a great reference to kaiser’s course. I havent seen the other course, but Kaiser’s foreclosure course is the best course I’ve ever bought / taken / studied period.
