You can either use something like ACT as in the post above yours or a spreadsheet. Use ctrl C to copy the number into the find function ctrl F and you can see if you have called it before. ACT has an reminder function to call back people.

How or should you keep track of every phone # that you have called? Of course I keep track of potential ones that may buy in the future. I keep track of those and diligently call back. However after awhile you may call the same #'s advertised in the paper since people run ads for weeks at a time or in different publications. Do you track all numbers even when they say no or do you leave it to chance?
