Well, I was hoping to find someone who knew more than I did, but since some of you are interested, here’s the only contact info I have:

I could not find an url either. I found it an ad, and I couldn’t find it again. They apparently are a real realty though. I did call and talk to a woman there on Friday who told me that lots of people have bought it, there is additional information for sale but this particular book (for $37) is 400 pages and does contain enough info to get started.

That’s all I know, so I’m not vouching for or recommending them - I posted here as part of my due diligence!

I saw an ad posted online. Looked intriguing. He runs
Douglas Realty Agency in Florida, which apparently is real, a search for that agency named turned up name and web site of an agent. I called today, and course is about 400 pages, for $37. Double money back guarantee. If you try it and don’t like it, return it and get $74.
