Buy it, Fix it, Sell it PROFIT, by Kevin C. Myers…I asked my local library if they had this book, and they told me no we do not, BUT we will buy it. I just got a phone call Friday to come into the library and be the first to check this book out (so far the price is right). I have only read a small part, and I would suggest reading the book before considering incurring added expense…ED

Was wondering… Im considering buying the Kevin Myers “Mega Course” and also considering going to his weekend flipping course in NM. I would like input if anyone has bought the course or been through it and what your opinion of it is? Thanks in advance!

Over on John Reed’s website, he recommends getting the book and forgetting about the courses.
