Go to Bill’s site cal-equity.com there was a great thread from about a month ago posted on this very subject. And now I can’t think of the name…oh, I found it, “Workability Wayouts” posted about 11/14. there are several other great info. posts on there too in the last 6 weeks. Read them all and then reread the book. It’s not that hard.

I bought your book a while ago, Bill, but never used the information that I found in it. It may be that I simply still too new to the real estate investing arena, but I found it a bit confusing. However, I’m sure that with more careful reading and study, I would get the concept.
My question is that I can see how it would be useful to create deals and interest sellers, but as many of us have learned, “A confused mind always says no”, so how do you keep the seller’s interest when you actually get down to writing up the paperwork? Can this be kept simple enough to keep from scaring away sellers at the last minute?
