Tony, I doubt you will get a RE agent to agree to a L/O.
But you could struture it so the agent gets a rental fee and a commission once the option is exercised.

I am new at this and wondering where will the brokers commission comeout of if I agree with a seller to a L/O? Would I also have to come up with that money along with the option consideration or since technically the sale has not occured yet because this is only a lease/option would the broker have to wait for the option to be excercised? Just another newbie question. Thanks to everyone that answers all the questions from all of us newbies. Tony
