Let’s say I have 10 t/buyers lined up and they all have the same chances regarding my requirements(job history,ncome etc), and the price I am asking is 100k,MY goal is to get 5% of the NROM , if it’s a little less will be ok. now my question is , How do I make them compete for the property and pay me the highest % possible on a l/o?
